• Please understand the inspiration picture(s) you submit, they may have been created by other artists, we can not make it exactly like the picture; but we'll give you a balloon decoration that you and your guests will appreciate.

• Please Note: Helium & balloon drops are not available for outdoor use.

• If you've requested balloon decorations - Please attach a PDF/Image/Document of the balloon decorations you would like for us to quote you in order for us to price it our correctly for you. Thank you!

BOOKING AGREEMENT:

• Submitting this form means you understand and agree that Zippy Entertainment takes extreme safety measures for everyone's safety.

• Each client can advise Zippy Entertainment if a mask should or shouldn't be worn at their event. Zippy Entertainment has been COVID-19 and Delta Variant free and has received both of their Pfizer COVID-19 shots.

• By submitting this form and once Zippy Entertainment has agreed on the date and time you have submitted, We will arrive for your event at the date & time you entered.

• This DOES NOT guarantee that Zippy Entertainment will be available and they will contact me as quickly as possible if there is a conflict.

• If I need to cancel, client will let Zippy Entertainment know immediately so they may take other reservations.

• Zippy Entertainment currently accepts all payment methods. However, processing fees may apply. Zippy Entertainment may accept personal checks on a case-by-case basis.

• By submitting this form I've read and understand ALL policies related to my type of transaction related to my request, purchase or event with Zippy Entertainment.

• Cancellation fees are assessed depending on how much notice is given and the circumstances.

• I do understand by moving either the reservation time or date; Zippy Entertainment may no longer be available.
