We collect all payments when the order is scheduled. All orders are eligible for refunds prior to the ship date. See our Refund Policy for further details. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Venmo for all online orders.
Phone Orders
*Notice For Google Trusted Store* Phone orders to not qualify for Google Trusted Store Guarantee.
Payments made over the phone are taken over a secured line. All payments are collected in full at the time the order is placed, before the ship and delivery date. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not store any payment information unless requested by the customer. Please see our Privacy Policy for details of payment storage. If you feel like your privacy has been compromised, please contact Zippy Entertainment directly by clicking HERE.
Local Pick Up / Physical location
Local Pick Up option is not available. Zippy Entertainment does not have a retail location where client's could come to shop or pick up balloons. Zippy Entertainment goes directly to the clients location to entertain their services or client could arrange a place and time to meet to have Zippy Entertainment deliver the balloon decorations such as balloon garlands "Grab and Go" or Balloon Twisting Designs.
Gift Certificates
This option is not available at this time. Coming soon! Please check back. When it does become available, the below policy will apply.
Payments for gift certificates are collected at the time of purchase. Gift Certificates do apply to any product on our site and shipping charges. Expiration dates are put on gift certificates to encourage to use them within a one-year time frame. After the one-year, clients are not allow to use and must purchase new Gift Certificates. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis.
In Person Events Artists
Our payment policy for Artists who will be performing at your event, such as (Balloon Twister, Face Painter, Glitter Tattoo, Magician, Caricature Artists); we do require 50% non-refundable retainer fee at the time of booking in order to secure the date and time we have agreed on. If the 50% non-refundable retainer fee is not received immediately after booking Zippy Entertainment, we do reserve the right to cancel services agreed upon and Zippy Entertainment will not be at your event. The balance would need to be paid the day of the event and using the same payment method. No monies should be exchanged directly between client and artist at the event. See our list of payment options available. We do guarantee 100% we will be there, no worries there since you have other important things to take care of. This will be one less thing you will have to worry about. Sound good right?
Easter Bunny and Santa Claus Services
Our payment policy for Balloon Decorations, Easter Bunny and Santa Claus Services who will be performing at your event or Balloon Decorations (arches, columns, etc.) being delivered to your event, we do require 100% non-refundable retainer fee in order to secure the date and time at the time of your booking. If full payment is not received immediately after booking Zippy Entertainment, we do reserve the right to cancel services agreed upon and Zippy Entertainment will not be at your event. We do not want anyone to see money exchanged in front of children or given to the Easter Bunny or Santa Claus.
Balloon Decorations Services
Our payment policy for Balloon Decorations (arches, columns, etc.) being delivered to your event, we do require 100% non-refundable retainer fee at the time of booking in order to secure your order for the date and design you have requested. We do not allow cancellations or give refunds for balloon decorations. When we deliver the Balloon Decorations, this would be one less thing to worry about when your decorations do arrive. We do guarantee 100% we will be there and setup as agreed when you book us, no worries there since you have other important things to take care of for your event or party celebration.
