We’re excited to be part of your special celebration. To make the process simple and stress-free, we’ve created a clear payment policy that protects your event date and ensures our team can deliver the best possible experience.

Quick Summary: A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date. Balloon décor and special character experiences require 100% upfront. Preferred payments are Venmo and Zelle to avoid processing fees. A small processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.

Retainer and Payment Schedule

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking.
  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
  • Event dates are not secured until the required retainer or full payment is received.
  • Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future event if rescheduled within 6 months.
  • After 6 months, all funds will be forfeited.
  • Reschedule requests require at least 7 days’ notice and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Late or missed payments may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of funds.
  • Cancellations made without rescheduling will result in forfeiture of all funds.
  • Refunds are not offered except as outlined in this policy.

Corporate and Nonprofit Bookings

For corporate or nonprofit events, full payment or a verified purchase order must be received before the event date to guarantee services.

Balloon Décor and Character Experiences

Any balloon decorations or special character appearances (such as Santa, the Easter Bunny, and similar experiences) require a 100% non-refundable retainer to secure your event date and time. This ensures our production team and performers are fully reserved for your event.

Payment must be made in advance. We do not accept payment for these services at the time of delivery or performance.

Weather-Related Events

Outdoor experiences, such as Foam and Bubble Parties, are weather-dependent. In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule your event. Refunds are not guaranteed, but credit may be applied toward a future date on a case-by-case basis.

Tips and Gratuities

Gratuities are never expected but always greatly appreciated as a way to thank our talented artists and team for bringing joy and fun to your celebration.

  • All payments must be completed prior to your event for a smooth and stress-free experience.
